Communications Consent

This Communications Consent ("Consent") describes the permissions you provide to AdsInc, LLC ("AdsInc," "we," "us," or "our") and its affiliates, marketing partners, service providers, and business partners (collectively, the "Authorized Parties") when you submit any form, request information, book a call, opt in, or otherwise provide your contact information through any AdsInc website, funnel, landing page, application, chat, event, advertisement, or channel (collectively, the "Site").

1. Express Written Consent (TCPA)

By submitting your contact information to us, you provide your prior express written consent, as defined by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA") and its implementing regulations, for the Authorized Parties to contact you at the telephone number(s) you provided (including any mobile number), by:

• Live telephone calls, automated telephone dialing systems, autodialed calls, prerecorded voice messages, artificial voice messages, and calls or messages generated or delivered with the assistance of artificial intelligence;
• SMS and MMS text messages, including automated text messages;
• Email messages;
• Ringless voicemail drops, direct mail, push notifications, and any other channel of communication you provide.

This consent applies regardless of whether your telephone number is listed on any federal, state, or internal Do-Not-Call list, and regardless of your prior relationship with the Authorized Parties.

2. Purpose of Communications

Communications may include, without limitation, marketing and promotional messages, offers, follow-up outreach, customer service, onboarding, coaching, appointment confirmations and reminders, product updates, transactional notices, surveys, and any other purpose permitted by law. The content may be tailored based on your interactions with the Site, our advertising, and information provided by third parties.

3. Not a Condition of Purchase

Your consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may still request information from us by contacting us directly at mason@dancingchickenmedia.com.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. AdsInc is not responsible for any carrier charges you may incur.

5. Revoking Consent

You may revoke consent at any time using any reasonable method, including:

• SMS: reply STOP to any text message to opt out; reply HELP for help.
• Email: click the "unsubscribe" link in any promotional email, or email mason@dancingchickenmedia.com with the subject "Unsubscribe."
• Phone: ask the caller to place you on our internal Do-Not-Call list, or email us at the address above with your request.

Please allow a commercially reasonable time (generally up to ten business days) for opt-out requests to take effect across all our systems and those of our service providers. Even after opting out of marketing communications, we may still contact you for transactional, account, service, or legally required purposes.

6. Record of Consent

We may keep records of your consent, including the date, time, IP address, form URL, and the text of the consent language displayed at the time of submission, for our records and for compliance purposes.

7. E-SIGN Act Acknowledgment

You agree that your electronic submission constitutes your signature and agreement to this Consent as if you had signed it manually. You further consent to receive communications and disclosures from us in electronic form.

8. Accuracy of Information

You represent that any telephone number, email address, or other contact information you provide belongs to you or that you are authorized to provide the information and to receive communications at that contact point.
