This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how AdsInc, LLC ("AdsInc," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information about you when you visit any website, landing page, funnel, form, or online property operated by us (collectively, the "Site"), when you communicate with us, or when you otherwise interact with our products, services, education, training, marketing, or events (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site or Services, or by submitting information to us through any form or channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy and to our Terms of Service and Communications Consent.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information about you from a variety of sources, including directly from you, automatically as you interact with our Site, and from third parties. The categories of information we may collect include:

  • Automatically collected data: browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, session duration, mouse movement, scroll depth, form interactions, session recordings, and other usage information collected through cookies, pixels (including the Meta/Facebook Pixel, Google Ads conversion tags, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag), software development kits, web beacons, tags, and similar technologies.
  • Location information: approximate location derived from your IP address.
  • Information from third parties: advertising networks, analytics providers, data enrichment and appending providers, publicly available sources, our marketing partners, joint venture partners, affiliates, and other service providers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for any lawful business purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Sharing information with affiliates, joint venture partners, and third-party businesses so they may market their own products and services to you;
  • Any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your consent.

3. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information with the following categories of recipients:

  • Affiliates and subsidiaries: entities under common ownership or control with AdsInc, LLC, for their own marketing, business, and operational purposes.
  • Service providers and vendors: including hosting, analytics, advertising, email/SMS/call platforms, CRM providers, payment processors, calendar/scheduling tools, session recording tools, form providers, and other technology or service partners that assist us in operating our business.
  • Advertising and marketing partners: including ad networks, publishers, data brokers, list brokers, co-registration partners, lead generation partners, and joint venture partners, who may use the information to market their own products and services and for their own business purposes.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of assets, or transition of service to another provider, we may transfer information to the successor entity.
  • Legal and safety: to comply with any court order, law, or legal process; to enforce our Terms; to protect the rights, property, or safety of AdsInc, our users, or others; and to detect and prevent fraud, security, or technical issues.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, session-replay technology, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your interaction with the Site and to serve you targeted advertising across the internet. 5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, and for any other legitimate business purpose. Where no overriding legal or business requirement exists, we may retain information indefinitely.

Applicable laws may include the CCPA/CPRA (California), VCDPA (Virginia), CPA (Colorado), CTDPA (Connecticut), UCPA (Utah), and similar state laws. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

7. Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we process your personal data on the following lawful bases: your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and our legitimate business interests (including marketing, security, and improvement of our Services). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms for international transfers.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site and Services are not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, plug-ins, or services that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party, and this Policy does not apply to them.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may modify this Policy at any time in our sole discretion. Changes become effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
